General Summary: Under direction, plans, directs and coordinates construction, maintenance, and repair of health center facilities. Manage small company contracts, perform minor renovations, and complete in-house projects. Accompany CEO in project management meetings.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Function as main point of contact for construction projects.

2. Assist with architectural, engineering planning, management, and renovation.

3. Oversee construction effort to ensure project is constructed safely and in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

4. Work with contractors to manage all phases of building construction.

5. Understand all projects in-depth to assist with ordering materials/equipment, issue subcontracts, and developments.

6. Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

7. Monitors and maintains overall appearance of the health center.

8. Manage the final acceptance inspection and punch list.

9. Locates, inspects, troubleshoots and initiate repairs.

10. Address current and future needs of all buildings within the assigned areas through regular inspections.

11. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge:

1. Basic knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

2. Understanding of all facets of the construction process

3. Basic knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards

Skills:

1. Ability to plan projects and understand future goals

2. Must have efficient time and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
