Job Description


The Facilities Clerk supports the Facilities Department by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch vendors for building related repairs at all of our owned and leased locations as required.
  • Support of building related repair supply items for in store self-repairs.
  • Receive, document service requests, and conduct follow-ups w/ store and district managers
  • Perform daily updates with vendors and stores to keep our work order info to date.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails.
  • Assist in special projects.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Some knowledge of building related items preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be a motivated professional who performs with a high degree of accuracy and is attentive to detail.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and general business periodicals.
