What will you be doing?

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our Facilities Director, Manager, and the team across North America. You will assist in daily office needs and manage our company’s general administrative activities. A successful Administrative Assistant will execute efficient and effective organization, communication, and collaboration with both the internal team and external partnerships. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Communicating with and on behalf of centers to dispatch, request quote, schedule, and coordinate work to be completed
  • Scheduling meetings and site visits on behalf of others
  • Managing and filing required documents related to Fleet and Licensing
  • Handle and route Billing and Payment inquiries to the appropriate parties
  • Data entry and file uploading across multiple platforms including NetSuite, SharePoint, Vendor Dashboards, etc.
  • Assisting with the procurement for new development, remodels, and re-alignments in business operations.

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects to keep with deadlines
