We have a great team. Our teachers are kind and friendly and our admin team is supportive. Our admin teachers have been teachers and know what you need so that you are successful, feel empowered and supported. We are looking for the right person who has over 2 years of successful classroom mangament, has experience implementing lesson plans and has taken EQIT, Pyramid Plus or ECE 101/103.
We use Creative Curriculum/TS Gold for planning/activities and follow Conscious Discipline for our social-emotional practice. Experience working with these tools is preferred but not mandatory - we can train you.
Pay depends on your experience and credentials. You will need to pass a CBI/FBI, out-of-state and Trails background check.
