On and off premise position. Working with event manager and floor staff to launch, execute and close out all events.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality to join our growing team.

Current positions available:

Event Maitre D

  • A detail organized individual that embodies hospitality
  • 40 hours/ week
  • Nights and weekends a must based on business needs
  • 1-2 years experience in event and banquet management/ service
  • Paid time off

  • Vendor setup and ​​A/V setup
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies.
  • Understand and teach empowerment principles to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with team.
  • Knowledge of Wedding Management or Planning.
  • Responsible for the performance of the banquet service staff, including direct supervision of the banquet staff.
  • Be an active liaison between the guests and other event staff to ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining company procedures and complying with company policies
  • Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies.
  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
  • Oversees all banquet service operations and ensures that all banquet service details are executed.
  • Assist in ensuring that events are on time and presented in line with company values
