Hoff Enterprises is one of the leading custom casework manufacturers in Pennsylvania producing quality product for companies including The University of Pittsburgh, Auntie Anne’s, and Google. We are searching for experienced Estimators in our fast-paced team environment.
Candidates should be able to work individually and with a team to meet bid deadlines, achieve job costing requirements and maximize profitability. This position also requires technical problem solving skills, attention to detail and strong interpersonal/communication skills for customer relations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
- Complete Accurate and Detailed Takeoff for Formal Quote Submittal
- Organize Drawings for Download and Takeoff
- Solicit Quotes From Vendors for Special Materials
- Meet Monthly Sales Goals
- Coordinate Change Orders with Customers and Hoff Project Managers
- Bid Scheduling
- Compile Closeout Documentation at Completion of Jobs
- Review Wins / Losses with Sales and Management Team
Required Experience:
- 5+ yrs. experience in Casework/Construction Estimation
- Ability to Interpret Architectural Drawings
- Microsoft Office Suite
