Experienced Accounts Payable Manager (QB Req) Job at John McCarter Construction
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payables Manager include:
- Managing accounts payable using Quickbooks Online
- Creating profit and loss reports for completed jobs
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and tracking vendors' workers compensation certificates
- Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to accepted accounting procedures
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
- Working with production to maintain inventory records

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
