Our Glendale Nissan/Infiniti division is seeking an experienced Vehicle Inventory Clerk that processes a commitment to do their job with integrity, an attitude of customer service, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will log and track both new and used vehicles, read and verify appraisal sheet information for discrepancies, insure timely reporting and accounting of all inventory, and escalate any issues that may arise.

EXPERIENCE IN FAST-PACED, HIGH-VOLUME AUTOMOTIVE ENVIRONMENT IS A MUST.

Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: other duties may be assigned.

• Maintaining & updating vehicle records in the system.

• Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times.

• Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging vehicles.

• Assist in monthly closing of all accounts as required.

• Provide internal support to the stores as needed.

• Additional duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Two years of general office experience required. Auto dealership experience is a must.

• Ability to use personal computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet applications

• Excellent communication skills.

• CDK experience a plus
