Our restaurant is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in both culinary arts and business, with excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful Sous Chef will be responsible for creating an environment where staff can excel, training new chefs, working with our executive chef to create menus that are both delicious and marketable, and maintaining our website as a comprehensive marketing tool.
