The Position

We are looking for a dynamic Executive / Personal Assistant to manage tasks for a business executive with children in this hybridrole. You will support the business executive by performing various tasks related to her personal and professional endeavors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and professional, resourceful, efficient, flexible, remain calm under pressure, self-motivated, creative, will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is prone to thinking outside of the box—lots of opportunities for future growth for the right candidate.

Job Requirements:

• You must be proficient with technology
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Maintain a positive attitude and also be a problem solver
