EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR JOB POSTING

Overview

Kings Grant Open Space Association (KGOSA) is in search of an experienced full-time Executive
Director to manage day-to-day operations of the Kings Grant Community.. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, office management, budgeting, and customer service. Experience with managing New Jersey environmental resources is preferred but not required. The Executive Director will report to the Board of Directors and will be expected to work out of the Kings Grant administrative office five days a week. Kings Grant is a 2,500 acre Planned Unit Development (PUD) located in Marlton, New Jersey. The
Kings Grant community consists of 2,507 single-family detached homes, townhouses, and condominiums. KGOSA was charted in 1982 to be the Master Homeowners’ Association for Kings
Grant; dedicated to protect, enhance, maintain and preserve the natural beauty, environmental resources, and property values of the Kings Grant Community. Nearly one third of all acreage is
State-designated and protected open space under the guardianship of the KGOSA in perpetuity.

Executive Director Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervision of a small staff of full and part-time employees, including monitoring performance, assignments, and schedules, and administering HR policies and benefits packages.
  • Oversight of maintenance and capital improvements related to KGOSA’s common areas, amenities, and improvements.
  • Budgeting, reporting and general financial oversight of KGOSA assets and processes.
  • Managing contracts, communications, and bids from vendors for review and approval by the

Board, as necessary.

  • Coordinating and attending Board, Committee and Resident meetings, including providing the Board with comprehensive information necessary for consideration of items requiring

Board approval.

  • Oversight of the enforcement of Community By-laws, Covenants, Deeds and Restrictions.
  • Performance of additional duties as prescribed by the Board of Directors

Job Title: Executive Director
Minimum Education/Certification: BA/BS; AMS certification and PCAM certification a plus
Minimum Experience: Three to Five years
Required Travel: Local as necessary
Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
