Alvarado Restaurant Nation is seeking a detail-oriented individual who can embody our company mission and core values while delivering top-notch operations and profitability in the role of Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator. This role will support the CEO in various projects from scheduling to event planning, to creating presentations.
Your Impact
- Ensure the CEO maximizes his time by managing his schedule effectively
- Prepare of the Executive Team for ad hoc meetings and projects
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute action plans and strategic initiatives
- Maintain schedules for deliverables to ensure organizational alignment
- Foster and maintain relationships with partners and vendors
- Assist in identifying actions items by taking comprehensive meeting notes and facilitating post-meeting debriefs.
- Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks, duties, and errands
Your Qualifications
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skill
- Proficient in technology, especially Microsoft Office (Apple preferred)
- Demonstrates initiative and willingness to handle feedback
- Strong work ethic, including flexibility for long hours and weekends
