Fitzgerald is hiring for an Executive Chef position. We are looking for the next great chef in the area to help elevate our Gulf Coast inspired seafood. Ideal candidates will have positive attitudes, great energy, and can lead and build a successful team.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years, salaried management experience in a high- volume upscale restaurant
• Graduate of an accredited culinary program is a plus
• Strong passion for culinary excellence, Seafood and whole meat butchering skills required
• Proven ability to develop team
• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
• Toast POS experience a plus!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
