WHO WE WANT:

Starburst Financial Group, LLC is seeking candidates for a full-time administrative assistant position in our Clear Lake area office. We want a leader who can support our team of financial advisors, along with the needs of our clients and their families within our growing practice. They will provide relationship management to the clients of Starburst Financial Group, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer services skills (both verbal and written) and a friendly can-do attitude.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide positive and professional service to all clients and staff
  • Inbound client calls, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for client meetings
  • Keep client management system up-to-date with client information
  • Assume ownership of inquiries and requests; communicate with internal staff to ensure clients' expectations for timely service delivery are met
  • Data entry for new account openings, account transfers, banking information, etc
  • Staying on top of varying daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks
  • Maintain strong focus on document retention for compliance and client safekeeping
  • Following up on projects and continued tracking of outstanding tasks
  • Managing an Outlook work calendar by efficiently scheduling meetings
  • Making sure the office is fully stocked with supplies and ordering when needed
  • Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required:

  • Clean background check
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Very good written and oral communication
  • Reliable Transportation

Preferred:

  • Bachelor (Preferred)
  • Financial services background (Preferred)

Details:

  • In-Office position: Clear Lake area. Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Starting Salary: $45,000-$60,000 with bonus potential

In exchange for your experience, we offer a full-time, salaried position – compensation based upon experience. Bonus potential, PTO along with Holiday PTO, retirement plan with matching and a great working environment. The position is in our professional, Clear Lake office location.
