Summary:
In this role, you will serve as the Executive Assistant to the President of Apexus. You will be accountable for challenging and complex assignments that require tact, independent judgment, and action to support the President in a wide variety of areas. You will represent the company in a positive way, providing superior customer service while maintaining cooperative working relationships. You will be the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Interact with Apexus Advisory Board and council including writing agendas, minutes, and notifications.
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings, resolving conflicts as they arise and prioritizing issues to ensure an effective time management approach.
  • Prepare, compose, and/or edit documents and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries; process expense reports.
  • Coordinate virtual meeting arrangements including conference calls with Teams or Zoom.
  • Organize meeting arrangements (including the preparation and assembly of handout materials, agendas, presentation materials, etc.), conference calls, and team events.
  • Assist with preparation of budgets, statistics, and operational reports.
  • Utilize project management skills in leading assigned projects to completion.
  • Provide leadership in coordinating the department’s employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and pharmacy residents.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in an executive support role in a corporate environment supporting C-suite level required.
  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team with limited supervision required.
  • Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
  • Familiar with travel and expense reporting systems such as Concur, or Lawson preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate virtual team meetings utilizing Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Proven ability to use appropriate judgement when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Must be self-directed and results oriented.
  • Willingness to travel.

$59,600.00 - $86,450.00
