Event Coordinator Job at Rock Star Productions
Rock Star Productions is looking for 2 event coordinators for their national touring shows. The event coordinators will be able to work remotely from their house during the week. Regular travel will be required as the event coordinators will help with the shows a couple times a month. Some in person meetings will be done in the Florida region, specifically Tampa and Orlando.
The event coordinators duties include but are not limited to.
- Booking Venues
- Placing product and liquor orders
- Ordering equipment and supplies for the event
- Booking hotels, airbnbs, and flights
Requirements
- Must be 21+
- Must be able to travel frequently
- Must by on-time and professional
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Tips
Experience:
- Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
