Evening Front Desk Supervisor - Country Inn and Suites Job at Igo Legacy Hotel Group Llc
The Country Inn & Suites is looking to add an Evening Front Desk Supervisor to their team.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Guest Service Agent that is able to build strong relationships with guests and the hotel team.
Essential duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Providing excellent guest service
- Ensuring compliance of all brand and company standards
- Resolving guest and employee concerns
- Completing daily, weekly and monthly paperwork as assigned
- Builds relationships with guests and monitors satisfaction levels
- Assists with selection, training, counseling, and motivating hourly associates
- Answer inquiries regarding groups and meeting room
- Assists in monitoring the expenses of department
- Ensures effective departmental communication
- Fill in for vacant shifts when needed
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 or more years of hotel front desk experience required
- Knowledge of Opera PMS experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Good decision-making skills
- Able to work independently and dependable
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule that will include nights, weekends and holidays
