Wyomissing, PA Estimator
- Fit outs core and shell, tenant improvement experience
- 3 to 5 years experience working on five to ten thousand square foot fit outs.
- Estimating software helpful lie ProEst, Building Connect, Blue Beam, etc.
- Ability to manage all trade partners and packages
- Bid request follow up's, bid meetings, and site visits. Descoping, value engineering and buy back experience extremely helpful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
