Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $90,000 - $120,000 Annually
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Job Details:
Denver based client requires a professional Estate Manager long-term for their primary Colorado residence and secondary residences located within the US. Responsibilities will include vendor management, staff management (hiring and training), liaise with business office, house bookkeeping, couture wardrobe management for Principals, shopping, vehicle valet, errands, travel arrangements, schedule management, looking after delicate and bespoke assets including, art, furnishings, silver, and fine china. Occasional travel with Principal or independently to secondary residence locations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have professional qualifications (preferred), college degree, minimum of five years Estate Management experience within a similar role working in a private residence, tech savvy, knowledge of local area, calm demeanor, well presented at all times, and discreet.
Candidate must be seeking long-term employment, with long-term work history, excellent work references, flexible schedule for travel and weekend oncall availability, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
