ABOUT THE JOB

As the ERP System Developer, you will develop and customize the enterprise resource planning (ERP) business process management software, ensuring the software runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible by developing timely and cost-effective solutions. You will also participate in assessing business requirements and software needs and convert these requirements into functionality that enhances the effectiveness of the ERP system. General duties will include software analysis, working with technical teams, developing program design specifications, and presenting plans of action to the Director of Information Technology

• Describe, specialize, enforce, and test application elements to help utilize the Epicor ERP system
• Bring out task plans for all ERP improvements. Functioning effectively in a work situation that is unusual
• Cover, trail, and communicate statuses and matters depending on sectional outlined covering models
• Manage direct reports and other display matters
• Work with staff developers in different situations
• Study and distribute help documents related to customizations, designs, and reports
• Look into complex matters and decides the correct curative action
• Review code and assist group members
• Enforce architectural procedures for projects
• Begin, follow, and get the work done by using standard procedures
• Create and maintain ERP designs and coding standards and provide custom coding.
• Note the requirements and operative patterns for small to significant reports and projects
• Encounter end users to study business methods, realize needs and recommend technical answers
• Create and update architecture and technical documents for follow-up and approval
• Re-evaluate and favor business needs and functional certified documents brought forth by the staff members and others
• Troubleshoot and repair software defects, bring out testing ideas for different units, and check software, interfaces, and schemes
• Develop and create interfaces from various applications within and outside of the Epicor ERP system
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies, listing all functional and operational data necessary for preparation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated knowledge of software development, systems analysis, and information technology principles
• Working knowledge of .NET Framework in C# or Visual Basic
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Azure DevOps, GIT, Jira, Power BI, and Epicor
• Must possess excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Being able to work with a team in a quick-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly switch between high-focus tasks and organize your time and workload in a way that allows you to complete multiple tasks of different natures
