Qualifications:

• Climb Ladders
• Lift up to 40 Lbs
• Good driving record
• Have a car

Experience:

• Maintenance Technician: 2 years (required)
• HVAC: 1 year (preferred)
• Equipment repair 1-2 years (required)

Experience in one of the above or all three

General understanding:

• Electronics
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• General building repair
• Painting

Will need references from previous employers.
