We are currently seeking an Environmental Planner to assist with contract compliance, conformance to
budget and schedule requirements for small to medium sized projects. Will be responsible for the
management and preparation of documentation that is compliant with the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for a variety of project scopes and clients. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge
which includes preparing and adhering to scopes, schedules, budgets, and completing and/or overseeing all
components of environmental documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with all aspects of small to medium sized projects focusing on particular topics which may be

• Liaison with clients, agencies, and consultant team members, including sub-consultants

• Solid understanding of CEQA requirements and processes

• Attention and commitment to timely completion of high-quality work

Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related environmental technical discipline plus 5–7 years

• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong

• Knowledge of CEQA/NEPA and California Planning Law.

• Must have good understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

• Attention to detail; professional demeanor. Must be able to exercise sound judgment.

• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask as well as be able to work in a team

Salary Range: $30.00 - $40.00 DOE
