We are hiring for a new office located in downtown Indianapolis.

The entry-level outbound sales representative is responsible for generating new business by making outbound sales calls to potential customers. This role requires a candidate who is self-motivated, driven, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's products and services.

2. Qualifying potential customers and understanding their needs to match them with the appropriate products and services.

3. Schedule appointments

4. Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets by closing deals and up-selling where possible.

5. Keeping accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

6. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team goals and share best practices.

7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to improve sales strategies.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills, and a positive, results-driven attitude are also essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Will use an auto-dialer phone system to make calls to potential clients.

· Will obtain the necessary information to give to Sales Producer to follow up with clients and provide quotes for insurance products.

· Responsible for follow up with clients to obtain needed information and documents.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· Looking for individuals who are willing to learn and who are customer service oriented

· Must have good phone and communication skills, and be comfortable speaking on the phone

· Good computer skills, and experience working within the Microsoft Office environment

· Monday – Friday, during the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Pay

· $18/hour + opportunity to earn bonus/commission

· Hourly, non-exempt
