The Children’s Residential Program (CRP) at Brookville Center for Children Services (BCCS) provides an experience like no other. Be a part of something amazing; be a part of a child’s life and sharing in their milestones!!

At the Children’s Residential Program within BCCS, you can become an everyday hero--We’ll train you! Our wide range of programs and services gives you a job network that has mobility, diversity and flexibility. Join us and provide educational and therapeutic services to children with developmental delays or disabilities—in beautiful, seascape locations by the beach offering sports such as horseback riding, baseball, bike riding, and swimming. We even provide classes with music, arts & crafts, cooking, movement dance and more!

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

• Engage residents in conversation
• Help prepare/serve meals
• Facilitate crafts, games, movies, salon days, etc.
• Accompany residents on community activities--shopping, dining, volunteering, etc.
• Help with morning and bedtime routines
• Be a source of encouragement and support
