Provide and delegate timely maintenance on sound, lighting, theatrical and electronic equipment needed to ensure a specific performance standard. Oversee, schedule, and prioritize the duties of technical staff.

- Lead a team of individuals in creating and maintaining new and existing venues and attractions.
- Assist in the research and compilation of new ideas, concepts, and performances as assigned.
- Train technical staff on company’s safety procedures and protocols.
- Implement and maintain inventory systems to ensure the smooth operation of seasonal transitions.
- Supervise the performance of direct reports and inform Live Entertainment Management of developing concerns.
- Ensure the successful completion of the technical installation and opening of new attractions, concepts, and performances as assigned by the Live Entertainment Management.
