DESCRIPTION


The ERM Division Director is a management position within the Office of Risk, Assurance and Compliance lead by the company’s General Counsel. The position oversees a variety of programs, including contractor performance assurance, corporate investigations, supply chain risk management, export control, privacy, and relations with the DOE Office of Enforcement. These programs are implemented through a team of three direct reporting managers and approximately 60 employees.

The ERM Division Director is responsible for providing strategy and leadership and for collaborating with other senior executives to identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with threats to operational efficiency, financial stability, regulatory and contractual compliance, cyber and information security, employee safety, and human capital.


QUALIFICATIONS


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required (technical or business) plus 6 years of experience in enterprise risk management or a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience.

  • Minimum of five years of progressive management experience with an increasing breadth of responsibilities.

  • A combination of relevant work experience in at least two areas (i.e., in enterprise risk management, business, and financial administration, loss or fraud prevention, corporate ethics, legal and regulatory compliance, or auditing).

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

  • Practical knowledge of programs, tools, and techniques used in enterprise Risk Management.

  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and diversity in the work environment.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance (US citizenship is required).

  • Qualities of a dynamic leader who is proactive and decisive with a history of inspiring innovation and excellence in others.
  • Highly developed business acumen and a strong foundational knowledge of business processes and operational perspectives relevant to enterprise risk management.
  • A demonstrated ability to formulate strategy and extensive experience working closely with senior management in planning and carrying out strategic objective.

Job Information:

  • Salary Grade: MR0400 - 250 ($160,440 - $272,724)
