The Enrollment Director represents the program to parents/guardians, referents, prior treatment providers, etc. This position is highly interactive and serves as a critical link between these various entities. The Enrollment Director ensures that the admission processes are completed within the designated time and all documentation is professionally presented.The Enrollment Director also provides direct services for group, individual and family therapy, and will be responsible for carrying a small clinical caseload in addition to their admissions responsibilities.

Responsibilities:As the Enrollment Director, you will be supported by an experienced Executive Director, Clinical Director, and Administrative Team. The Enrollment Director reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with the Clinical Director and members of the admissions support team to synchronize all admissions. The Enrollment Director oversees the assessment, selection, and admission of participants into the clinic. As part of these responsibilities, the Enrollment Director facilitates admission assessments for potential clients, oversees the records for past, present, and potential clients, and coordinates with the Directors of Public Relations to maintain relationships with referral providers.

  • Learn and maintain Embark culture and program norms and live these standards consistently.
  • Meet treatment standards through implementation of required notes and MTP standard requirements.
  • Schedule intake assessments within 24 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.
  • Complete all admissions within 72 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.
  • 100% of clinical documentation is complete within 24 hours of sessions.

Qualifications:What do you bring to this position?

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent, MUST be licensed in the state of VA.
  • A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility in a fast-growing, ever changing environment.
  • Ability to pass a state background check.
