Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and Maintain 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bills of Material
  • Assisting Sales with preparing quotes and interpreting customer requirements
  • Perform cost analysis and assist in cost reduction initiatives.
  • Design products and tools to improve manufacturability and cost
  • Day to day production engineering support
  • Train to written procedures.
  • Program production equipment where necessary
  • Identify and approve part deviations when applicable.
  • Coordinate with outside engineering services when required.
  • Performs other related duties as required and or as assigned.
  • Working according to the Belltec’s safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Fact Based, Data Driven, Root Cause, Problem Solving mindset.
  • Friendly, team-oriented communicator
  • 5 years of experience
  • Manufacturing environment
  • CAD Experience (Solidworks preferred)
  • Engineering drawings
  • Bills of materials
  • Work orders, Routings, and Work centers
  • Strong science and math background
  • (BS in Engineering or comparable science related field preferred)
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, Visio
  • Advanced Computer skills
  • Excel

Mental and Physical Requirements:

  • Strict adherence to Company Policies (Safety and Human Resources)
  • Attention to detail.
  • Perform and prioritize time sensitive tasks.
  • Able to walk and be on foot all day.
  • Willing to withstand non-climate-controlled conditions.
