To perform administrative duties, and manage all capital / renovation project budgets to assure invoices are processed timely and accurately. Maintain open communication with Project Managers, Finance, Standards, and other property managers when necessary.

Minimum Requirements


This position requires a typing and grammar test; regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Education/Experience: One year certificate from a college or technical school, one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public. Must be proficient with computer usage in Excel financial spreadsheets and formulas.
