An ambitious and customer service-oriented consumer and business tech company is looking for an administrative professional to work as the Coordinator for the Engineering team to manage all engineering projects. This role reports to the VP of Engineering Operations.

This role requires the ability to juggle many priorities and willingness to learn and comprehend the complexities of tech engineering. The primary function of the job is scheduling: Scheduling the right engineers, at the right time, at the right place and in the right sequence. The Engineering Coordinator will read client tech-tickets requesting work, and then determine which engineers with which specialties will be assigned to the work. The Engineering Coordinator will work closely with the sales team and the VP of Engineering Operations to assure client's expectations are met.

This very fast-paced, project-oriented work requires a detail-oriented self-starter with an interest in technology. The person in this role doesn’t need to know anything particularly technical, but should be able to pick up use of software applications easily.

Needed to succeed

  • 3-5 years' administrative experience with a heavy emphasis on caldendaring.
  • Previous experience with tech company or within the IT department of a company.
  • Associates degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working hours: 9am and goes until 6pm.

Location: in-person Hollywood location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
