What you will do:
Maintain Competitive Position
-
Focus aggressively on cost reduction activities
-
Analyze competitive parts to validate pricing position
-
Identify ways to ensure the long-term success of the company
Engineering Support
-
Provide technical engineering support for PDC Quality Assurance, Parts Identification, and Aftermarket Procurement functions and merchandising programs
-
Responsible for creating Service Repair Kits (SRKs)
-
Create and document manufacturing processes and requirements at the PDC
Maintenance of Processes and Systems
-
Maintain systems such as VIP, Hose Data, ECN, CORE, and SAVII to ensure accurate and timely information and response
-
Serve as the liaison between Aftermarket operations and corporate engineering
-
Represent corporate engineering at the PDC
What you will need:
-
BS Degree in Engineering with 2-4 years demonstrated experience in engineering processes to qualify as an Engineer II
-
BS Degree in engineering with some internship experience to qualify as an Engineer I.

Strong skills with Microsoft Office application, experience with MS Project is desirable
Skills, Experience & Abilities

Drafting practices, engineering analysis, and design layouts

Working knowledge of 3D CAD systems, Pro-E preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills
