First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented End User Support I to join our IT Infrastructure Department – End User Support. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to the bank’s employees to enhance productivity in the effective use of computer technology. This position interfaces directly with end users and various departments, troubleshooting user desktop issues to resolution, serving as a point of escalation for Help Desk. Other areas of responsibility are break/fix, software/hardware upgrades, image management, application installs, user support and training in accordance with established systems and procedures.

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.


Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Associate’s Degree in an information technology related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 6 months of field experience in PC hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, or equivalent work required.
  • 1 year of experience with client operating systems required.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work well with end users.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in setup and use of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system.
  • Must be able to work outside normal business hours and on weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to travel independently to all FHB locations, including inter-island, California, Guam, and Saipan.
