- Point of contact to provide EHS support to business leaders globally for issues related to Safety, Health & Environment.
- Responsible for replying to prequalification questionnaires for bidding all over the world.
- Partnered with stakeholders to standardize contractor EHS prequalification requirements.
- Coordinating with Worker’s Compensation Boards for obtaining Clearance Letters.
- Maintain internal and external 3rd party account databases (ISNetworld, Complyworks, Avetta, Browz),generate COI’s, ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies, programs, policies etc.
- Assisting Site Managers for:
- Review of High risk operations at site, review of Permit to work, Lift plans, Method Statements etc.
- Contractor On boarding and post job evaluations.
- Preparation of Risk assessment reports and preventive action plans.
- Training to employees regarding hazards in work environment.
- Assisting Onshore wind projects in preparation of Daily Safety talk for employees regarding hazards at site, safety concerns, analyzing accident and injury trends etc.
- Partnered with digital team to develop machine learning IT tool that can audit EHS programs.
