The Geneva Clinical Remote Care Coordinator II will process all Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device (CIED) transmissions following the company’s service-level agreement timelines.

You are responsible for

  • Analyzing and interpreting Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device transmission data autonomously using company software provided for all device types and manufacturers (Biotronik, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic)

  • Processing alert and scheduled transmissions

  • Documenting findings clearly and concisely following company protocol on reporting requirements, standards, and format

  • Escalating device and urgent/emergent abnormalities through company workflow process

  • Collaborating with all four device manufactures on Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) devices

  • Meeting or exceeding quality and productivity standards

  • Following all company, HIPAA, and Medicare policy and procedures

Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) is part of the Philips Connected Care business cluster. Philips ECG Solutions is part of the AM&D business and provides remote cardiac monitoring services for more than one million patients per year. Philips acquired BioTelemetry in early 2021. The combination of Philips and BioTelemetry results in a global leader in patient care management solutions for the hospital and the home, a leading U.S.-based provider of remote cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • 1+ years’ as a Geneva Clinical Remote Care Coordinator ILR/I or 2+ years’ experience with in-office and remote Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device (CIED) interrogations of all four medical device manufactures (Biotronik, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic)

  • Active CRAT/CCT certification

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast paced environment

  • Experience utilizing all four home monitoring websites (Carelink, Merlin, Latitude, and Biotronik) (preferred)

  • CCDS, CEPS, CDRMS (preferred)

  • Comfortable with a 9 week training schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST

  • Comfortable with a work schedule of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST
