We are looking for upbeat individuals to join us in baking a wide variety of Crumbl Cookies' famously delicious cookies while providing a welcoming and professional experience to each of our guests. Many of our bakers have no previous baking experience but enjoying baking is a plus! We have many shifts available from 5am to midnight Monday through Saturday so we can accommodate many schedules as well as full or part time. We are busiest on weekends (incentive for working weekends)! Hiring immediately for Early Morning/Mid Day Crew Members!!

Crew Member Responsibilities

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying the finished product.
• Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality standards.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Take client information and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Clean and restock workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
• Previous food experience is preferred, but not required.
• Time management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent communication skills

Crew Compensation

• $14.00 to $16.00 (Base pay is $10.00/$12.00 + tips)
