E-com Specialist (3-yr experience)

Round Top Ranch Antiques is an international importer of European antiques and artwork. We have grown rapidly and are looking for an experienced e-commerce expert to expand our already existing online business.

Job Expectations

E Com selling platforms (listing - account management)

• List antique inventory on 5 online platforms (1stDibs, EBay, RubyLane, Chairish and own website). Remove items when sold.
• Develop, monitor, write and update product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
• Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and take ownership of daily business administration on assigned accounts.
• Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for distribution, maintenance, and new product listings on all platforms.
• Work with Photo/Social Manager to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
• Multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
• Possess a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space.
• Use Spreadsheets or Excel in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.

This position is full time, located in our showroom in Round Top, TX (No remote candidates).

As an owner-run business, all team members wear several hats, creating variety in the workplace. When we arrange the showroom floor and photo items for online sales listings, this individual may be required to assist lifting/moving furniture on a regular basis.

Round Top Ranch Antiques has a large online presence and sells coast-to-coast on multiple platforms.
