The Role:

The E-Commerce Merchandising Associate is responsible for collaborating with the Merchandising team on maintaining and meeting onsite merchandising needs for all women’s, men’s, and accessory lines. The E-Commerce Merchandising Associate will assist with the e-commerce experience in its entirety, from the creation of products, content management, and online inventory. This individual will work closely with teams from multiple departments ensuring accurate information is being utilized for a positive customer experience that results in conversions. This individual is well-organized, hardworking, and has the ability for creative thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Merchandising team with weekly website maintenance which includes: product/lifestyle image updates, weekly merchandising changes, building products in its entirety in Shopify
• Help manage and organize weekly content creation
• Produce and analyze weekly reporting in order to present relative product positioning and categorization
• Stay up to date with current and future fashion trends
• Remain well-informed with on hand inventory and future SKUs ensuring content creation team is promoting and marketing appropriate product
• Capture 360 product images when needed
• Monitor and update website inventory after weekly shipments, exclusive promotional events, and seasonal pre-order items

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2+ years’ experience in a merchandising or related position
• Retail & eCommerce experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Efficient communication skills/personable
• Close attention to details
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast pace/ever changing environment
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Experience with MacOS and Adobe creative cloud
• Baseline knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Shopify experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
