The Manager serves as the digital product owner for Clients services. This person will serve as the bridge between internal and external stakeholders while executing and driving shared initiatives. To be successful, you'll need to demonstrate proven skills in managing internal and external relationships for results, operations business/performance management and demonstrate deep experience in running both long and short term projects and daily marketing campaigns. Strong communication and analytical thinking skills are also necessary to have the right level of impact and influence. This role will serve as the single Digital point of contact into the Product Marketing organization, ensuring product updates and enhancements are optimized on cox.com. You will own all product-related KPIs for these products, including, but not limited to, revenue and attach rate. The Manager will use market research and competitive analysis to develop strategies to optimize the digital experience for each product.

Implements and assists with the development of strategic and tactical marketing programs to ensure the company achieves all product-related digital revenue goals.

Leads launch efforts as new product offerings develop to ensure optimal digital customer experience and performance.

Owns the Digital team relationship with Product Operations, Product Marketing and Product Dev & Mgmt to support product feature enhancements and ancillary launches on website.

Utilizes market research and competitive analysis to develop strategies to optimize the digital product experience.

Researches and analyzes consumer behavior information to determine trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Understands digital roadmap when defining project scope and requirements with product team, internal and external partners.

Leverages digital marketing principles and techniques to create a digital experience that leads to sales.

Works closely with agencies and Digital UX team to optimize experiences.

Ensures product positioning is well-articulated in digital channels.

Manages digital project timelines and SLA’s; coordinates implementation with Digital team partners.

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years work experience
  • Three or more years of online, sales and/or marketing experience with focus in product marketing/merchandising or digital media
  • Understands how to leverage digital tools such as web analytics, content management and multivariate testing systems to optimize online performance
  • Strong sales stimulation and campaign management skills required
  • Strong sales/marketing relationship building skills required
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Track record of driving increased results performance
  • Excellent communication and people skills required
  • People/team management skills and expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Partner closely with change management partners to execute on change and communication strategy. Coordinate across functional departments to tell a compelling story about transformation efforts. Write and publish content (intranet articles, emails, presentations) that drives awareness and adoption.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

· Partner with change management partners to execute communications strategy for variety of initiatives

· Manage communication activities to support large cross functional companywide programs and initiatives

· Write, edit, gain support and approval, and distribute content

· Connect the dots between seemingly disparate initiatives to tell a cohesive story

  • Ability to understand and simplify complex business jargon.

· Publish Quarterly Scorecard to measure communications and change effectiveness

· Maintain editorial calendar aligned with Unify and CB Operating Model strategic roadmaps

· Execute tactics on editorial calendar in partnership with cross functional departments

· Strategizes and defines the implementation of operational plans and results associated with Unify strategic roadmap

· Partners and develops influence with boundary organizations to implement new communications processes as needed

· Support change activities associated with new company wide programs, process, policies or technology solutions

· Responsible for distributing and discussing status and multi-level communications related to Unify and CB Operations Model portfolio of initiatives, as well as in-flight adoption and sustainment activities

Preferred

· BS/BA degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing
· 5 or more years of experience in public relations, communications, or content development
· Experience in telecommunications and/or operations.
· Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with business partners and outside vendors
· Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification) and able to work with Agile Environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $49.00 per hour
