• Help and oversee all aspects of operations, from ordering, inventory control, stocking, to all different types of shipments at the shipping department.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Supervise team of retail sales workers.
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
• Project future needs for goods, order accordingly.
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Seek ways to be efficient and decrease operational costs.
• Look for ways to enhance operation and opportunities to stay relevant in the market place.
• Train and develop new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.

• High school diploma required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Significant work experience in management and the hospitality industry.
• Strong working knowledge of fine wine, Spirit.
• Ability to use Microsoft office and other management related software.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Decisive and critical thinker.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Must Have reliable transportation and open availability.
• Organized and Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred.
