Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Consumer Support Services., Inc. is a provider in Trumbull County. We have a long history of empowering individuals with developmental disabilities, working with families and guardians to be responsive to the loved ones needs.

CSS is looking for Direct Support Professionals to full fill positions providing direct support services in the home, medical, transportation, financial and role modeling for individuals with disabilities.

Job Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED

· Valid Driver's License

· Proof of driver's insurance

· Pass a pre-employment drug test and back ground check

· Banking information for Direct Deposit

· Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

· Must be 18 years of age

· Paid Training

· Opportunity for overtime

· With qualifying criteria to earn DODD add on incentive of $1.00 per hour

Applicants with prior experience as a care giver, direct care staff, residential care associate, home health care giver or aide, patient care, personal care giver or role modeling for a specialized population will be terrific characteristics for the position.

Prior experience is a plus but not required.
