We're seeking individuals who are customer-focused and driven to exceed expectations as Delivery Associates.

Our workdays are 10 hours long, starting at 10:00 am and ending around 8pm.

Being punctual is crucial, but the reward is having 3 days off after earning 40 hours in just 4 days!

We provide uniforms, including shoes, and comprehensive, paid training.

The role of a Delivery Associate with Delpack Logistics is to ensure all orders, no matter their size, are delivered on time and to the right place.

You'll interact directly with our customers and community members, representing our company with the utmost professionalism.

To be eligible for the role, you must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license, capable of operating and navigating a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ram Promaster, and able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.

We prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of our work, from following strict protocols on and off the road to using handheld technology for delivery management.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and you'll play a crucial role in ensuring all requests and problems are addressed promptly and with a solutions-oriented approach.

Assist in providing training to team members when necessary.

Perform various tasks, including sortation and general duties within the delivery station, as appropriate.

Job Duties:

Operate a delivery van weighing up to 10,000 lbs to deliver packages to residences and businesses within specified procedures and timeframes, even in inclement weather, while adhering to tight deadlines.

Must maintain flexibility, as routes and schedules may vary due to traffic congestion, construction, and other factors. May require working additional hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence and be proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Must demonstrate high ethical standards, reliability, excellent attention to detail, independent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Must have previous professional driving experience and experience representing a reputable brand.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to lift, bend, reach, kneel, crouch, and stretch for up to 10 hours per shift.

Ability to navigate a delivery van weighing up to 10,000 lbs and operate a GPS is essential. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 70 pounds each, and traverse stairs.
