About us
The Pool Specialists are seeking an Architectural Drafter that will collaborate with the Designer and Sales team to assist with field measurements at residential homes, draft site plans with municipal setbacks, changes to current designs, preliminary design work, preliminary permit drawings, preliminary construction drawings, printing, and permit submittals for construction.
Ability to hand draft for field measurements required. Proficiency in Autocad required. Word and Excel experience are a plus, but not required.
Additional Qualifications:
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Work independently as well as on a team
- Have a valid driver license, clean driving record
Our firm is seeking a skilled and ambitious Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, revising, and updating technical drawings and plans to meet our client's specifications. The right candidate will be articulate, organized, detail oriented and focused on quality execution.
Responsibilities:
- Use AutoCAD software to draw electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning layout drawings and schematics.
- Use computer-based drafting equipment.
- Create CAD drawings from sketches and specifications.
- Create engineering drawings for projects.
- Create technical drawings for products and services.
- Create engineering graphics.
- Use drafting equipment to draw engineering graphics for technical manuals or data sheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
