Park Avenue Thrift is a non profit thrift store and we exist to strengthen the Enid community and serve others by collecting donations and giving the proceeds to Enid nonprofits that invest in quality of life initiatives.

The position of Donation Attendant is responsible for representing Park Avenue Thrift by assisting donors in a prompt and friendly manner while unloading their donations, providing receipts, and stocking the floor with donated merchandise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Assist truck driver with donation pick ups and deliveries.
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds
- Greets donors in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Promptly unloads or helps unload donations and gives receipts.
- Records each donation on tally sheets.
- Tests electronics and certifies workability.
- Cleans items and prepares for pricing.
- Keeps work area clean.
- Assists with merchandise display on the floor.
- Ensures trash is emptied throughout the day to maintain a clean store appearance.
- Operates lift in a safe and correct manner.
- Understands and follows correct procedures for opening and closing of Back Door and Round Top area.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
No prior experience or training.
*starting wage: $9.00/hr
