What You'll Do:
As a Document Specialist III in our Retirement Plan area, you’ll develop and draft document solutions that meet client needs. Serve as a resource in identifying, interpreting, and presenting legislative, regulatory, and compliance issues that affect retirement documents.

Here are some other examples of things you’ll be doing:
  • Produce accurate and timely retirement documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to meet client and business partner expectations and in-line with administrative processes and procedures. Review and analyze outside- written retirement documents for clients as needed. Identify, analyze, and resolve document issues of a sensitive nature.
  • Connect with plan sponsors, consultants, tax/legal advisors, or regulators, as needed. Develop and manage relationships with internal business partners and provide technical educational assistance to the sales force and business unit employees.
  • Provide technical assistance to team members, internal clients, and external clients for document production and plan review questions. Provide input regarding procedures and document development.
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as the need arises.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2+ years related experience required (Defined Contribution document drafting experience is preferred)
  • Retirement plan knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Experience researching and interpreting laws and regulations affecting retirement documents as needed.
  • Excellent time management, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $49300 - $128400 / year Additional Information:
Job Level

We'll consider talent at the level IV and V with the right experience and skills.

To be considered at the level IV would require:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of related business experience, including at least five years drafting retirement plan documents

To be considered at the level V would require:

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of related pension business experience, including at least five years drafting retirement plan documents
