As a
Document Specialist III in our Retirement Plan area, you’ll develop and draft document solutions that meet client needs. Serve as a resource in identifying, interpreting, and presenting legislative, regulatory, and compliance issues that affect retirement documents.
Here are some other examples of things you’ll be doing:
- Produce accurate and timely retirement documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to meet client and business partner expectations and in-line with administrative processes and procedures. Review and analyze outside- written retirement documents for clients as needed. Identify, analyze, and resolve document issues of a sensitive nature.
- Connect with plan sponsors, consultants, tax/legal advisors, or regulators, as needed. Develop and manage relationships with internal business partners and provide technical educational assistance to the sales force and business unit employees.
- Provide technical assistance to team members, internal clients, and external clients for document production and plan review questions. Provide input regarding procedures and document development.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as the need arises.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years related experience required (Defined Contribution document drafting experience is preferred)
- Retirement plan knowledge strongly preferred.
- Experience researching and interpreting laws and regulations affecting retirement documents as needed.
- Excellent time management, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.

We'll consider talent at the level IV and V with the right experience and skills.
To be considered at the level IV would require:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of related business experience, including at least five years drafting retirement plan documents
To be considered at the level V would require:
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of related pension business experience, including at least five years drafting retirement plan documents
