Job Summary:

• Utilizes the master shipping instruction belonging to each shipment to complete the manifest, ensuring the booking settings match with shipping instructions.

• Performs the full completion of data entry based on the master shipping instruction received, MSC’s policy, and overseas requirements to complete the manifest.

• In charge with the daily management of closing vessels following overseas Customs deadlines for the completion of the manifest.

Key duties & responsibilities

• Accurately follows procedures and contract of carriage.

• Notifies the correct party when the information is incomplete.

• Has knowledge and checks on destination import local requirement per contract.

• Ensures vessels manifest are completed to be transmitted to overseas customs.

• Achieves various department goals (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
