We are seeking a District Manager of Route Sales for the our Distribution Center. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate activities of drivers, sales routes engaged in selling and distributing products and services. We exceed customer expectations through a continuous improvement process; and leverage our employee and supplier resources. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering 100% Customer Satisfaction through consistent, predictable, high quality products.

Responsibilities include:
Plan, assign and oversee daily routes to ensure servicing customers, and perform management activities

Demonstrate sales methods

Oversee loading and dispatching of trucks

Solicit new accounts

Investigate customer complaints

Offer feedback to Independent Operators to recognize, coach on route growth

Qualifications:
Some college preferred

Minimum of three years of sales experience required

Strong communication and written skills

Strong organization skills and ability to multitask within a fast-moving team

Able to work weekends and holidays

Driving will be required must possess valid drivers license
