What we seek-

• 4+ years of high-volume QSR/Fast Food management experience
• Multi-Unit management experience
• Burger concept management experience
• Travel Center experience a plus
• ServSafe or Local State Food Manager Certification
• Passion for training and development
• Drive and ambition to grow with us long-term as we open new locations

What you'll do-

• Ensure proper staffing levels are achieved
• Develop crew and management staffing plans to maintain management stability
• Ensure all food safety procedures
• Plan and conduct working restaurant visits with all levels of restaurant management to ensure the continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
• Maximize sales and profit goals
• Utilize strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, accounting, and administrative procedures to maximize sales growth and cost analysis to ensure profitability

Where you'll be-

• The District Manager travels 1-3 days a week between stores. Gas, Meals, and Accommodation will be compensated.
• Prefer candidates who live in or are willing to relocate to Corning NY, Ithaca NY, Bennington NY, or Syracuse NY. Relocation assistance is available.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
