Job Description

To assist in the picking/packing of finished goods and the loading unloading and storage of both finished goods and raw materials.

Job Duties

  • Pick and pack goods to ensure that they correspond with the pick- ticket received and that the order is in accordance with customer guidelines.


  • Store goods in appropriate section of warehouse as directed.


  • Utilize Tier 2 equipment for the purpose of loading and unloading goods to putaway and replenish goods and to pick and pack goods. (Tier 2 equipment-Dock Truck and Electric Pallet Jack.).


  • Accurately process various transactions utilizing warehouse management systems as necessary.


  • Monitor product quality and report any problems to Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager.


  • Maintain an acceptable level of productivity and maintain an accurate log of activity. # Adhere to all policies and procedures.


  • Observe all health safety and hygiene rules.


  • Maintain a clean working environment.


  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.


  • Related work experience in warehousing and distribution required.


  • Able to work Overtime as needed in order to support the business needs.


  • The ability to lift 50 lbs.


PREFFERED QUALIFICATION:

  • Basic Math Skills.


  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.


  • Able to work Overtime as needed in order to support the business needs.


  • Experienced in the operation of Tier 2 warehousing equipment preferred. (Tier 2 equipment-Dock Truck and Electric Pallet Jack.).


  • The ability to learn to operate Tier 2 equipment. (Tier 2 equipment-Dock Truck and Electric Pallet Jack.)
