Qualification and Experience:
- Candidate will be hands on and able to select, supervise, and train production employees.
- Must have a working knowledge of receiving, storing, and the logistics of shipping products to customers.
- Must have good communication skills, ability to manage and motivate people, pay close attention to detail, and lead by example.
- Previous experience as a supervisor or a similar management position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use our operation and shipping software.
