We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher/scheduler to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. Customer service oriented. You will receive requests, messages, and reports. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and be able to remain calm in hectic situations. You must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
SHIFT AVAILABLE :
- MONDAY, 10PM - 6AM
- THURDAY - SUNDAY, 2PM - 10PM
Responsibilities
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls by using customer service skills.
- Acknowledging reported problems on Whats App and transmitting information to the proper department
- coordinating with the field Supervisor according to office staff's needs and post location request
- While referring to the account's schedule you will be monitoring and recording guards' clock-in times during Shift change
- Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
- Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records

- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
